Not necessarily.  With Flywheel, we make the process of securing insurance easy.  During the submission, you’ll be asked questions about your company, and if you qualify, you’ll be offered a quote to bind online!  With that said, if you need help, we’re here via phone, email, or chat.

After binding with Flywheel, you will get access to your client portal with all your fleet information. You can easily make quick changes here, like adding or removing a driver.

Submitting a claim is easy with Flywheel. In your client portal, you will see a “report a claim” button that walks you through a submission that is instantly routing to the claims team.

In your Flywheel client portal, you will see a tab called “Discounts”, which will provide information on fuel discounts, factoring companies, and technology incentives.

After binding with Flywheel, you will be sent a username and password to access the Flywheel client portal here – link.
